Following the release of this year’s ARC results in the DECRA and Discovery rounds, there will be a workshop for those intending to submit applications in the next round focused specifically on Cultural Studies projects.  This is an initiative of the CSAA.  The workshop will be held on campus December 10, from 2-5pm, in the meeting room on level 6 of the Forgan-Smith Tower.  This workshop is intended to supplement the information provided by university seminars, by providing disciplinary-specific information and advice for applicants working in Cultural Studies.

The workshop will be led by Joanne Tompkins, a member of the College of Experts, Gay Hawkins, Director of the Centre for Critical and Cultural Studies, and Tom O’Regan, Professor of Media and Cultural Studies.  It is open to anyone planning to submit ARC applications for Cultural Studies-based projects, but rsvps are essential as places are limited.
