In 2009/10, the Centre for the History of European Discourses will offer two Summer Vacation Research Scholarships to students who have completed three years of study in Arts, and who are planning to do honours or a research higher degree. The scholarships are for research work under the supervision of a member or affiliate of the Centre. Key Features: A weekly stipend of $300 You will be supervised by well-established researchers You will have access to facilities and materials that may not be readily available elsewhere. A capacity to obtain credit (or milestone requirements) towards your undergraduate degree (subject to degree rules and structure) For non-UQ students based outside of Brisbane: CHED will not be providing travel, accommodation and meal expenses for Scholarship applicants this year.
